CC customer service representatives take forever to pick up calls. When they eventually do, they seem not to know what they are actually doing.Their proposed NO CONTRACT CELLULAR SERVICE IS A BIG FAT LIE. My husband and I discovered this the harsh way when they insisted that VERIZON Phones do not work on their system and we will have to stayed glued to them for a minimum of 6 months before they can give us codes that will enable us switch to a more reliable phone system.It was a complete waste of time and money because we are now stuck with their worthless phone and Hotspot system.

ATT and Verizon are certain NO NO for me. CC is simply the best!!!! Its obviously not for people who need lots of data but people who need pure phone services (Making and Receiving Calls).

I specifically ensured i was to be billed on the 3rd for the sake of my account having some cash in it, but they billed me on the 2nd and over drafted my account.I cancelled my account and they price gauged me.

EMERGENCY MODE ALL THE TIME
Its so frustrating, 80% of the time I try to use my phone, its on “Emergency Mode”. Moments ago, I saw same notification of Emergency Calls Only but my wife’s phone that was just some inches away had service. We both use same brand of samsung smartphone but we are getting different quality in service delivery. ITS A RIP OFF!!!!
